Patricia Martinez has more than 20 years of experience developing and adminstering programs for children and families, particularly those in the minority community and those who have had contact with DCYF.
Ms. Martinez's educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Rhode Island College, and a Master of Management, Health and Human Services from Springfield College.
