The following amended policy is effective June 10, 2011.

The following amended and repealed policies are effective May 02, 2011.

Repeal of Distribution of Client Income.
Retirement, Survivors, Disability Insurance (RSDI) - Retirement, Survivors, Disability Insurance (RSDI) benefits are provided to those dependents and survivors of individuals who have earned sufficient credits during their employment career.
VA Benefits - A child who is a dependent of a deceased, disabled or retired veteran may be eligible for VA benefits.

The following new, amended and repealed policies are effective April 15, 2011.

MAJOR DISCIPLINE REVIEW - This amended rule corrects penalties for disciplinary actions with respect to RI Training School residents contained in the previously promulgated rule.

DISPENSING OF MEDICATIONS TO RESIDENTS - This rule is being repealed because it is addressed in other existing rules.

RI TRAINING SCHOOL PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION - This new rule identifies policy and procedures related to personnel for staff at the RI Training School.
