On June 6, 2008 Portsmouth High School student, Kelsey Vieira, donated comfort packages to our Region 2 DCYF office for children coming into care. Each contained a pillow, pillow case, blanket and stuffed animal. Kelsey was inspired after hearing a story about foster children who did not have anything of their own when they were removed from their homes.
