Description: Family preservation and support program working with the Department of Children, Youth and Families to provide comprehensive wraparound support to strengthen families by helping parents to achieve a substance-free lifestyle. Project Connect staff are specially trained in substance abuse and child welfare risk assessment. The program is intensive, home-based, and provides services on average of one year.
